Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of personal information received by Dentabay through our Meta application, Lead Ads, Marketing API workflows, or other digital marketing channels.
How to request deletion
Email izzuddin@iasvalley.com.my using the subject “Dentabay Data Deletion Request”.
Include your full name, email address or telephone number used for the enquiry, the relevant Facebook or Instagram account name if applicable, and enough information for us to locate your record. Please never send your password.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and protect your data from unauthorised deletion.
After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible information and confirm completion. We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
